We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” you can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. At the time of delivery if due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your wallet on the Site, which can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. Due to some reason if you are not satisfied with the quality of product after using it, you can return the item at your next order, which should be made within 7 days of purchase of the returning item, we will check that whether your reason of returning the item is accurate or not , if we are satisfied with the product we will contact you and credit the amount of item to your app wallet within 24 hours.
